Start a Training Site
We are currently looking for leaders to act as Training Site Directors and establish a LTPA Training Site in their respective communities. A LTPA Training Site will serve as a location where LTPA IRS Competency Exam Preparation Courses will be taught and students will be able to prepare to successfully pass the new IRS Competency Exams and fulfill the new IRS annual 15 Hours of Continuing Education per the new IRS Preparer Registration Program. As Training Site Director, you will be in charge of establishing the Training Site, recruiting students/members, and teaching courses. As the Training Site grows, the Training Site director can hire additional Instructors. You do not need to become a member to be a Training Site Director; however, members receive additional benefits and discounts.
Whether you’re interested in training your own staff or training others in your community, a training site is a great way to add revenues to your current business and recruit potential employees. Follow these easy steps to get started:
1. Read over and sign the LTPA Training Site Agreement
2. Purchase a Training Site Starter Kit
3. Recruit students and members
4. Successfully complete the LTPA Instructor Training
If you would like further information on Training Site establishment and its financial benefits, shoot us an email at trainingsites@latinotaxpro.org
